Disclaimer
・By ordering a commission, you are automatically presumed to have read and agreed to the following terms.
Process
・You will be receiving a progress update in 3 stages; sketch > line art > colour with unlimited revision. After approving each step, you can no longer make any change from the previous stage, or can do so with additional charge.
Permission
・You may use your commission piece for your own personal purpose, whether it be digital or physical redistribution, without giving credit.
Prohibition
・You may not make any alteration except for cropping. Please contact me if you would like a revision.
・You may not claim the illustration as your own creation.
・You may not resell the sole illustration.
・Any NFT related usage is strictly prohibited.
・Any AI art related usage is strictly prohibited.
Payment
・Partial payment can be requested if the total exceeds 100 USD.
・PayPal's currency exchange rate only.
・50% will be applied to commercial usage of the commission, and should be informed beforehand.
・20% will be applied to a sped up queuing. (Less than 40 days of working till deadline.)
・50% will be applied to an urgent queuing. (Less than 20 days of working till deadline.)
・Commercial usage includes; mass production, any form of redistributing the art whether it be physical or digital for profitable purpose. This covers; streaming or monetised media, e-book covers, advertisement, promotion, and giveaways.
Cancellation & Refund
・I reserve the right to decline any commission request without providing reason.
・No refund will be offered under any circumstance except the cancellation of the work comes from my end.
・If agreed upon negotiation, refund can be offered but any fee applied will be deducted from the total amount.
・Your file will be in storage up to 2 months from submission. In case of loss, you may ask for it to be reuploaded but the restoration is not guaranteed.
Guideline
First time ordering?
・Fundamentally, I only need a character to work with, whether it's your own original character, a character from somewhere, or I can even stylise real persons or yourself!
・I can work with character description and without visual reference but be mindful that creative liberty is expected rather than precision.
・Let me know what you have in mind! Any slightest idea can comes in handy, and any exceeding detail can be disregarded later on.
・Do not hesitate to refer to my past work. If you like the composition, the colour, or the way I draw a certain character from any of my own piece, forward the piece for me so I have a better understanding of what you want.Personal preference
・I work best with creative liberty. I'd really appreciate it if some creative freedom is allowed.
・I feel rather uncomfortable with referencing someone else's art. Do feel free to provide art reference but I will not copy or take too much from a piece someone else had made. Exact posture or composition will be declined.
・I'd really appreciate some description of your character, especially their facial features and body type. Especially when the references provided are drawn by various artists, textual description helps me dissects the differences in each artist's style and understand the design of the character more. You can also specify which image from the reference you'd like me to focus on. Or you can refer to any facial feature from my old work as well.

・สามารถเช็คงานได้ 3 ขั้นตอน ร่างภาพ > ตัดเส้น > ลงสี เมื่อผ่านแต่ละขั้นตอนมาแล้วไม่สามารถย้อนกลับไปแก้ไขได้ หรือทำได้โดยมีค่าใช้จ่าย
ข้ออนุญาต
・สามารถนำภาพไปใช้ส่วนตัวได้โดยไม่ต้องขออนุญาตหรือลงเครดิต
ข้อห้าม
・ไม่อนุญาตให้แก้ไขภาพใด ๆ ด้วยตนเอง ยกเว้นการ crop ภาพ หากต้องการให้แก้ไขภาพกรุณาติดต่อ
・ไม่แอบอ้างว่าเป็นผลงานของตนเอง
・ไม่อนุญาตให้ขายไฟล์ภาพต่อไม่ว่ากรณีใด
・ไม่อนุญาตให้ใช้ภาพในจุดประสงค์ที่ข้องเกี่ยวกับ NFT
・ไม่อนุญาตให้ใช้ภาพในจุดประสงค์ที่ข้องเกี่ยวกับ AI art
การชำระเงิน
・สามารถแบ่งจ่ายได้หากยอดเกิน 2000 บาท
・หากมีการแปลงค่าเงิน ใช้เรทแปลงของ PayPal เท่านั้น
・คิดเพิ่ม 50% สำหรับการนำภาพไปใช้ในเชิงพาณิชย์ กรุณาแจ้งล่วงหน้า
・คิดเพิ่ม 20% สำหรับภาพเร่ง หรืองานที่ต้องการภายในต่ำกว่า 40 วัน
・คิดเพิ่ม 50% สำหรับภาพเร่ง หรืองานที่ต้องการภายในต่ำกว่า 20 วัน
・การใช้ในเชิงพาณิชย์ครอบคลุมถึงการนำภาพไปทำสินค้า การนำไปแสวงหาผลกำไรในทางใดก็ตาม เช่น ปกหนังสือออนไลน์ การทำวิดิโอหรือสตรีม การโฆษณา ของแจกจ่าย ของชำร่วย ของที่ระลึก
การยกเลิกและการคืนเงิน
・ผู้วาดมีสิทธิ์ปฏิเสธงานโดยไม่ต้องให้เหตุผล
・ไม่มีการคืนเงินหรือมัดจำใด ๆ ทั้งสิ้น ยกเว้นผู้วาดเป็นฝ่ายยกเลิกงาน
・ในกรณีที่มีการคืนเงินเกิดขึ้น หากมีค่าธรรมเนียมทางธุรกรรมจะถูกหักออกจากจำนวนที่ต้องคืน
・ไฟล์จะถูกเก็บไว้ 2 เดือนหลังจากส่งงาน ภายหลังจากนั้นสามารถขอไฟล์ใหม่ได้ในกรณีสูญหาย แต่ไม่สามารถรับประกันได้ว่ายังมีไฟล์อยู่
ข้อแนะนำ
สั่งคอมมิชชั่นครั้งแรก?
・หลัก ๆ เราต้องการแค่ตัวละครก็ทำภาพได้ค่ะ : ) จะเป็นตัวละครที่สร้างขึ้นเอง จากเกม การ์ตูน หรือจะวาดจากบุคคลที่มีอยู่จริงหรือตัวคุณเองก็ได้ค่ะ
・สามารถบรรยายลักษณะของตัวละครแทนการให้ reference ภาพได้ แต่แปลว่าอนุญาตให้เราวาดตัวละครได้ค่อนข้างอิสระ ไม่ใช่การวาดให้ถูกต้อง
・มีอะไรที่อยากได้เป็นพิเศษก็บอกมาให้หมดได้เลยค่ะ : ) ข้อมูลที่ไม่ได้ใช้ยังสามารถตัดออกได้ทีหลังเสมอ!
・สามารถส่งภาพหรืองานชิ้นเก่าของเรามาอ้างอิงได้ เช่น องค์ประกอบ วิธีการวาดตัวละคร ฯลฯส่วนตัว
・เราชอบที่จะได้รับอิสระในการวาด ถ้ามีส่วนที่ให้ปล่อยฟรีก็จะดีใจมากเลยค่ะ : )
・เราค่อนข้างไม่สบายใจที่จะทำตามภาพจากศิลปินคนอื่น (ยกเว้นภาพที่คุณไปคอมมิชชั่นมาจากคนอื่นอีกที) สามารถใช้อ้างอิงได้ แต่ไม่สบายใจที่จะคัดลอกท่าทางหรือองค์ประกอบที่เหมือนเปี๊ยบกับภาพอ้างอิงได้ค่ะ
・นอกจากภาพแล้ว การพิมพ์บรรยายลักษณ์ใบหน้าหรือรูปร่างของตัวละครก็ช่วยให้เราทำงานได้ง่ายขึ้นค่ะ! โดยเฉพาะเวลาภาพ reference มาจากศิลปินหลายท่าน หากระบุว่าตัวละครมีลักษณะอะไร หรืออยากให้ยึดภาพไหนเป็นหลัก จะช่วยได้มากเลยค่ะ หรือจะให้อิงจากงานเก่าของเราก็ได้นะคะ

Artsign Guide
Artsign on arbum is a service that lets you get an art from me for a cheaper price, while I get more creative freedom, like Skeb : )
The website is English-speaker friendly and support both international cards and PayPal!General Rules
・Please see Arbum's official guideline first and foremost.
・Upon sending the request, compile any reference you may want to include into a link or an external platform for convenience.
・Due to the nature of Artsign system, communication is discouraged. There should be no exchange of any communication between client and artist.
・I prioritise my own project and regular commissions over artsign request, but the work will be submitted within the deadline.
・Hairstyle or hair arrange change (y/n)
